1. Who we are
Hyrebridge CRM is operated by Keshav Encon / Hyrebridge. It is a multi-tenant customer relationship management platform used by organizations to manage leads, clients, meetings, tasks, greetings, and related workforce workflows.

2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, role, designation, department, and authentication credentials for users invited by a tenant administrator.
- CRM business data: leads, clients, interactions, meetings, tasks, greetings, notes, and other records entered by authorized users of a tenant.
- Device and usage data: login session data, IP address, browser or app type, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Location data (when enabled): visit or field-tracking coordinates submitted by employees for operational verification features.
- Connected calendar accounts: if you choose to connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar / Teams, we store OAuth tokens and basic profile identifiers (such as connected account email) so we can create and update meeting invites on your behalf.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve CRM features for your organization.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts against unauthorized access.
- Send transactional notifications related to CRM activity (for example meeting or task updates).
- Sync meeting details to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook / Teams when you connect those services.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or security obligations.
4. Google and Microsoft integrations
Calendar connection is optional. When enabled, Hyrebridge CRM requests only the permissions needed to read your basic profile identity and to create or update calendar events and online meeting links.
We do not sell calendar data. You may disconnect Google or Microsoft at any time from Calendar settings in the CRM. Disconnecting removes stored OAuth tokens for that provider from our systems for your user account.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide the calendar features you request and is handled in accordance with this policy and applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including limited use.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including:
- Within your tenant organization to authorized users of that tenant.
- With infrastructure providers that host or process data on our behalf under contract.
- With Google or Microsoft when you authorize calendar / meeting sync.
- When required by law, regulation, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain account and CRM records for as long as your organization maintains an active tenant, or as otherwise needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. Connected calendar tokens are retained until you disconnect the integration or your account is removed.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a multi-tenant business application, including authenticated access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage organizations to manage user access carefully.
8. Your choices
- Update profile information from the CRM profile settings where available.
- Disconnect Google or Microsoft calendar integrations at any time.
- Request account or data assistance through your tenant administrator or by contacting support@keshavencon.com.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Hyrebridge CRM after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
