1. Agreement
By accessing or using Hyrebridge CRM (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization that provisioned your account. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
Hyrebridge CRM is a multi-tenant business application that helps organizations manage leads, clients, meetings, tasks, greetings, and related operational workflows through web and mobile clients.
Features may change over time as we improve the product. Some capabilities, including third-party calendar integrations, are optional and may require additional configuration or consent.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is generally provisioned by a tenant administrator for authorized personnel.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for managing user roles, invitations, and access within their organization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to access data or tenants you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse APIs except as expressly permitted.
- Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
5. Customer data
As between the parties, your organization retains ownership of the business data entered into its tenant (such as leads, clients, and meeting records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and support the Service.

6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google and Microsoft for calendar and online meeting features. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Enabling an integration means you authorize Hyrebridge CRM to access the connected account as needed to perform the requested actions.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hyrebridge / Keshav Encon or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, outages, or third-party dependency issues may occur. Support requests may be sent to support@keshavencon.com.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrebridge / Keshav Encon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a tenant subscription or engagement ends. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement with your organization states otherwise.
